Old English Beef & Prime Rib Rub

This perfected spin on a traditional old Montreal seasoning. Papa J researched this blend for years and perfected it on the Kansas City BBQ Society steak cook-off circuit. Apply 1 tablespoon per pound to your beef, pork, and lamb. Simply rub on. You can marinate up to 24 hours ahead for a deeper flavor or season and begin cooking immediately for a quick work-night solution.
